Our Aeronautics Sector is seeking a reputed company Business Partner Sourcer. This is a 100% remote role with occasional required travel. The successful candidate will have a robust and demonstrated history of progressive and advanced talent sourcing skills. Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Providing sourcing support for a variety of engineering positions to include sourcing, screening, and managing candidate relationships with recruiters
• Managing competing priorities and remaining highly flexible in an reputed company-changing environment while consistently anticipating and delivering exceptional reputed company solutions to recruiters
• Sourcing and recruiting qualified talent while maintaining excellent customer service with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of recruiting/sourcing or reputed company customer reputed company facing experience OR Master’s degree and 3 years of recruiting/sourcing or reputed company customer reputed company facing experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of recruiting/sourcing or reputed company customer reputed company facing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of networking platforms (i.e. reputed company)
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

Primary Level Salary Range: $69,000.00 - $103,400.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $128,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, reputed company considers a number of factors reputed company determining reputed company salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and reputed company market conditions.
