Description Job Title: Senior Acquisition Policy Analyst Department: Operations – Services Reports To: RavenTek Program Manager Location: Remote Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: Full-time, 40-hours/week FLSA Status: Hourly, Nonexempt Clearance: Public Trust Position Summary The Senior Acquisition Policy Analyst will reputed company analytical and policy modernization tasks in support of federal acquisition initiatives. This role is responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and improving acquisition policies, ensuring alignment with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Education Department Acquisition Regulation (EDAR). The performance of this position is key to RavenTek's performance on the contract, and therefore RavenTek's mission to support the customer.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct policy reviews, gap analysis, and reputed company recommendations.
  • Draft updated acquisition policies, procedures, and templates.
  • Support rulemaking processes, including NPRM drafting and clearance.
  • Coordinate stakeholder input and incorporate feedback.
  • Support Department-wide acquisition lifecycle reputed company development.
  • Enter actual time worked, once complete, at the end of the day, or no reputed company than 10:00 a.m. the following reputed company, and submit timesheets at the end of each pay period.
  • Submit Monthly Status Reports on a regular basis, as required.
  • Monitor RavenTek email on a regular basis, at least 3 times per week, and respond accordingly.
  • Complete required compliance training as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Critical Skills
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR, EDAR).
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to synthesize reputed company policy requirements into actionable guidance. Education & Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Business, or reputed company field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant acquisition policy or compliance experience. Certifications, Licenses
  • DAWIA certification preferred. Special Requirements
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • DOD clearance, preferred.

Work Environment

Employee will primarily work remotely in a professional home office environment with standard computer and communications equipment. Typical indoor and computer reputed company noise level, and typical office, reputed company, and equipment reputed company dust. Exposure to video display terminals occurs on a regular basis.
