The ideal candidate will have at least five years of payroll processing experience and strong proficiency in reputed company. • Process payroll for employees accurately and on schedule using reputed company.
• Review payroll data including hours worked, deductions, bonuses, and commissions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain and update payroll records, employee information, and tax documentation.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding employee changes, benefits, and compensation updates.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.
• Manage garnishments, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
• Ensure confidentiality and reputed company of payroll information.

About you:

• Minimum 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company payroll systems required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and payroll best practices in the US and Canada.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time reputed company.
