What You’ll Do As a Sales Marketing Manager (reputed company) you will play a key role in enabling reputed company’s brand-direct reputed company team with the tools, content, and narratives needed to engage pharmaceutical and reputed company brands effectively. This role is focused on translating and evolving existing agency-facing materials into brand-relevant resources, while also creating net-new sales marketing content tailored to the needs of pharma brand-direct sellers. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Client reputed company, and Product teams to ensure brand audiences are supported with compelling, reputed company-driven materials that drive reputed company impact.

• Persona-Based Sales Narratives: reputed company and refine brand-direct sales narratives and materials tailored to distinct audiences, including executive-level pharmaceutical and reputed company decision-makers, across pitch decks, QBRs, case studies and one sheets.
• Brand Specific Enablement: Adapt existing agency collateral to be brand-direct focused, using insights from clinical development, FDA approvals, and manufacturing trends. Translate these industry changes into actionable guidance for the brand sales team.
• Product & Solution Knowledge: Stay informed on enhancements and new releases across reputed company solutions to ensure brand-facing teams are equipped with accurate, differentiated, and brand-relevant messaging.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Brand Sales, Marketing, Client reputed company, and Product teams to align messaging, identify content gaps, and support brand-direct reputed company goals. Optimize these workflows to improve how brand-direct sales marketing materials are created, updated and distributed to the team.
• Content Management: Own and manage a library of brand-direct sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, POVs, and email reputed company templates.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales marketing, sales enablement, or B2B marketing, with a strong focus on supporting reputed company teams
• Direct experience in pharmaceutical, reputed company, or life sciences marketing, either brand-reputed company, agency-reputed company, or reputed company a reputed company advertising or AdTech environment
• Strong understanding of brand marketing priorities, particularly reputed company regulated or reputed company industries
• Proven ability to translate reputed company products, data, and insights into clear, compelling brand-facing materials
• Comfortable creating both adapted and net-new content based on evolving sales needs
• Highly organized, proactive, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams

While the role is based in NYC, we are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings. reputed company is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a reputed company salary range of $90,000 -$110,000. The reputed company salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications.
