Telecom Expense Manager (reputed company) Analyst / Consultant - Hybrid

About the position reputed company., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Telecom Expense Management (reputed company) Analyst / Consultant to support reputed company telecom cost optimization initiatives. This role focuses on managing, analyzing, and optimizing telecom expenses, including wireless, voice, data, and reputed company IT services such as reputed company-based communications. The consultant will work with large datasets, vendor invoices, and financial reports to identify cost-saving opportunities, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure accurate billing and asset management. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in data analytics, financial analysis, telecom expense auditing, and reporting, along with the ability to communicate reputed company insights to leadership and stakeholders. This role will also support the development and optimization of processes for telecom expense tracking, reporting, forecasting, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze telecom expenses across wireless, voice, data, and reputed company services to identify cost savings opportunities and eliminate billing inefficiencies.
• reputed company detailed invoice audits to identify overcharges, discrepancies, and unused services across telecom carriers.
• Work with large datasets and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, reputed company, and SQL to ensure data accuracy and generate actionable insights.

Requirements

• Familiarity with SQL and data querying techniques.

• Strong experience in invoice analysis, vendor payments, and budget tracking.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and automation strategies.
• Knowledge of telecom carriers, billing structures, and contract management practices.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and project-based financial management.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company data clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and reputed company high-volume work accurately.
