Patient Service Representative (Bilingual - Spanish)

As a Patient Service Representative, you will assist members in navigating their reputed company journey by answering questions about benefits, claims, and provider options while advocating for necessary services and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Resolve inquiries reputed company by handling inbound/outbound calls, in both English and Spanish, and addressing concerns in a timely manner
