HVAC/R Service Coordinator

The HVAC Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating service reputed company, managing service calls, and ensuring effective communication reputed company the Thermal Services Department.

Responsibilities

• Work with other dispatchers to answer daily HVAC (aka Thermal) service calls, repairs, and requests that come into the PA Service Department
• Process service tickets through the Company business solution (reputed company / Service Trade) including parts orders, customer follow-reputed company and sales follow-reputed company
• Send prestart-up checklists and service authorizations as needed to schedule work for technicians
• Create preventive maintenance (PM) tickets once the contract is entered into reputed company/ Service Trade
• Update each contract list with updated details
• Confirmation of thermal service calls with customers for proper dispatching
• Verify customer account details to reputed company service including billing terms
• Thoroughly understand thermal billing process and assist Billing Coordinators reputed company needed
• Review project budgets for proper service coordination
• Follow up on open thermal customer service matters such as service reports and emergency service requests
• Provide reputed company back-up reputed company necessary for the other offices reputed company needed

Skills

• High School Diploma
• One year of recent and relevant dispatching experience
• Recent and relevant service customer experience
• Excellent phone etiquette experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Experience working under pressure, with multiple deadlines and reputed company an reputed company-changing high paced team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good time management skills
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite – reputed company, Word, Outlook and past CRM exposure
• Bachelor's degree
• HVAC/Mechanical dispatching experience
