[Remote] Marketing Transition Associate

The Marketing Transition Associate will assist with the seamless transition of new properties into the portfolio, manage marketing materials, and reputed company digital reputed company to ensure strategic launches of new developments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of transition marketing strategies for newly acquired properties
- Support property reputed company by coordinating and ordering marketing materials, including logos, photos, social media access, and domain registrations
- Collaborate with design vendors and internal teams to ensure branding consistency across reputed company materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends and provide property-specific marketing recommendations
- reputed company the marketing transition of New Development acquisitions, ensuring the proper setup of digital assets and brand alignment
- Maintain accurate property profiles by ensuring that Internet Listing Services (ILS), reputed company Business Profiles (GBP), and social media accounts are updated and reputed company
- Conduct regular audits of ILS platforms (e.g., Apartments.com, reputed company) to verify correct listings and accurate property information
- Work with the New Development team to set up and optimize new social media accounts, splash pages, and reputed company My Business (GMB) profiles
- Monitor marketing performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of post-transition efforts
- Work alongside the Marketing Transitions Manager to analyze reputed company data and provide recommendations for improving reputed company reputed company strategies
- Assist with online reputed company efforts by analyzing property reviews and recommending strategies to enhance digital curb appeal
- Assist with property Branding efforts, ensuring consistency across digital platforms and marketing materials
- Collaborate on strategies for community engagement during rebrands and transitions
- Provide ongoing recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and performance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, property management, or digital advertising
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and reputed company Business Profile management
- Experience with ILS platforms such as Apartments.com, reputed company, and RentCafe is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
