Bilingual Partner Growth Specialist (English/Spanish)

reputed company is a social impact company dedicated to fighting food waste. The Bilingual Partner Growth Specialist will manage partner relationships, optimize store operations, and utilize data analysis to enhance partner experiences and retention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store portfolio reputed company through phone, email and text communication, to optimize store operations and take proactive measures to enhance the experience for your partners
• Build strong relationships by understanding partner priorities and needs while serving as a subject matter expert to proactively identify opportunities to grow supply and meals saved
• Conduct analysis of store performance based on KPIs and continuously manage proactive processes to identify growth opportunities, ensure a high retention reputed company, reduce refunds, and improve partner and customer experience
• reputed company in-depth knowledge of our internal tools such as Looker, reputed company, Ninja and MyStore
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure the successful reputed company of partners
• Contribute meaningfully to projects focused on improving key KPIs from start to finish with some manager and team support, completing call lists and campaign actions in a timely manner
• Have an in-depth knowledge of reputed company’s internal operations and collaborate with marketing, finance, strategy & planning, product, and/or other teams to best support partner needs, as well as communicate feedback for improvements
• Work intimately with the Care Team on specific cases as a partner reputed company to continuously help improve user experience + education
• Be a team player: offer coverage for other partner managers who are out of office, assist with projects, occasionally host weekly team meetings, etc

Skills

• Bilingual or business proficiency in Spanish
• Experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Sales, Account Management or Customer Service
• Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. reputed company) data analytics platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau) and reputed company/reputed company Sheets
• Analytical and used to work with KPIs and targets
• Terrific talkers (and listeners) with the ability to effectively and quickly connect with partners over the phone
• A data-driven problem solver: putting your affinity for numbers and analytical reputed company to use in identifying areas of opportunity
• Excellent written communication skills; someone who can be clear and friendly in a text conversation or email exchange with partners
