Financial Analyst II-Ops-Hybrid

The Operations Finance Analyst will support finance activities, identify process improvement opportunities, and provide financial analysis to assist teams in making informed reputed company and contributing to profitability.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain Finance activities by assisting with cost management initiatives, helping analyze capital expenditures, and participating in inventory optimization efforts
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality teams to support process improvement efforts and help ensure alignment with financial objectives
• reputed company exposure to cross‑functional workflows while contributing to efficiency and cost‑control initiatives
• Assist in analyzing production costs by monitoring actual spending, identifying variances, and supporting the identification of cost‑saving opportunities under the guidance of senior team members
• Work with plant operational leaders to support financial planning activities, including forecasting production expenses and evaluating the financial impact of manufacturing processes
• Support accurate financial reporting and assist with projects (i.e. capital expenditure) by preparing analyses, validating data, and contributing financial insights to support decision‑making
• Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree: reputed company, Business, Finance major preferred
• 1-3 years previous reputed company/business/manufacturing experience
• Must be well organized, detail oriented and reputed company to prioritize tasks
• Strong communicator that is comfortable working with individuals across an organization with an emphasis on working closely with reputed company, IT, Operations and other cross functional departments
• Must be reputed company to work overtime as needed
• Must be punctual, reputed company to sustain attendance guidelines, and work hours as assigned
• Estimated % of travel is . Driving while on company business is required for this role on an infrequent basis (defined as anyone that drives on company business between 1 – 49 times per year not including regular commute to work)
