[Remote] Customer Support Engineer

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through the support queue
- Debug issues, create reproducible test cases, and validate fixes and workarounds
- Diagnose and resolve customer problems with assistance from product and reputed company teams
- Own case management through resolution, coordinating with product, engineering, and reputed company teams
- Track support metrics and share insights

- Contribute to building and improving the support organization and processes

Skills
- 1-2 years of technical support experience

- Four years of combined experience in technical support or software development
