[Remote] Sales & Customer Service Ambassador
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is America's top cosmetic surgery specialist, and they are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Ambassador to create the first impression in the patient journey. The role involves scheduling consultations and supporting existing patients through various communication channels while adhering to quality assurance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Welcome new patients reputed company inbound call, outbound call, sms, live chat, and email to schedule a free consultation (no cold calling). Must be reputed company tech savvy, with the ability to navigate multiple systems on your PC reputed company
- Support existing patients by sending requests for follow up, warm-transferring to the center and fielding non-urgent, urgent, and emergent Medical Escalations to connect patients with center team members, clinicians, or an On-Call Surgeon
- Accurately capture and enter patient information with detailed notes reputed company our CRM systems
- Adhere to compliance with call flow, candidacy, light medical screening questions, and reputed company other Quality Assurance requirements
- Own the first impression of the patient journey
- Engage with patients, build rapport, and offer support in finding solutions by overcoming objections
- Collaborate with Leadership, Training and QA to stay updated on new services and policies
Skills
- Customer service: 1 year
- Sales with a quota or objective: 1 year
- You must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work at least 1 weekend day on a regular basis
- You must have the ability to establish a private workspace with a lockable reputed company for your home workstation
- You must have the ability to reputed company basic technical troubleshooting and maintenance
