Digital Product Analyst

reputed company is a leading research and advisory company that guides leaders who shape the world. The Digital Product Analyst will support the digital transformation for reputed company’s Client Engagement Services by driving key initiatives that enhance service delivery and client retention.

Responsibilities

• Bring product priorities to life through a clear articulation of a user’s journey, behaviors, needs, and pain points
• Facilitate E2E delivery process from identification of use cases, user story creation through acceptance, validation to go-live
• Collaborate with internal business teams to obtain and prioritize requirements and communicate required enhancements to IT teams
• reputed company and able to explain reputed company product issues to different audiences and leadership levels
• Understanding systematic data to identify Services usages or processes and reputed company recommendations to improve Services productivity or increase efficiency in processes with benchmarking historical trends

Skills

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 0-2 years of business experience with progressive responsibilities
