[Remote] Medicare Sales Field Agent - Marion County, IN

They are seeking accomplished Medicare Sales Field Agents to build trust and reputed company individuals on Medicare Advantage plans while creating meaningful connections in the community. The role involves driving self-generated sales and expanding reputed company's market reputed company through grassroots marketing and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and reputed company individuals on reputed company's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, reputed company, and Prescription coverage
• Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits—providing a personalized experience that sets reputed company apart
• Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand reputed company's reputed company in the market by becoming a valued resource and building relationships in your community

Skills

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain
• Must reputed company in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work, or local events
• Valid state driver's license and reputed company of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements)
• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
• Background in selling Medicare products
• Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups
• Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations
• Familiarity with reputed company or similar CRMs
• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Bilingual in English and an additional language, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages
