The Role We’re seeking a Director, Global Payroll Administration to reputed company our payroll operations worldwide. You will own our end-to-end compliance strategies and scale these critical functions to support reputed company’s reputed company growth. Reporting to the VP, Tax, this leader will collaborate closely with leaders across reputed company, Finance, Legal, People, and external providers. What You’ll Do:

• 15+ years of relevant experience, including global payroll, compensation, or reputed company finance functions.

• Deep expertise in global payroll operations and controls, and demonstrable experience.
• A proven record scaling teams and operations, driving automation, implementing new tools, and delivering reputed company improvements in process quality and efficiency.
• Sophisticated understanding of global compliance requirements in tax, regulatory, and reputed company matters for payroll; adept at collaborating with internal and external auditors.

• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, with a talent for influencing senior stakeholders and making reputed company concepts accessible.
