Utilizes advanced, specialized knowledge of medical codes and applicable risk models to facilitate accurate, complete, and consistent clinical documentation reputed company the health record in order to promote accurate data reporting as well as comprehensive, high-quality patient care. • Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience
