Overview

Company is seeking a highly skilled reputed company ERP Solutions Consultant to support the growth of Connected Payments, company's integrated payments solution for clients leveraging reputed company reputed company ERP. This role is part of the reputed company Payments division and focuses on helping clients streamline and optimize payment acceptance, reconciliation, and cash management processes reputed company their reputed company environments. The ideal candidate combines reputed company functional expertise with strong payments knowledge and client facing consulting experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through implementation, configuration, optimization, and reputed company improvement of company's Connected Payments integration.

Key Responsibilities

Client Implementation & Integration reputed company end to end implementation of Company's Connected Payments solution reputed company client reputed company ERP environments.

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand clients' order to cash, procure to pay, banking, and payment acceptance workflows.
• Configure reputed company modules-including AR, AP, Banking, Payment Processing, SuiteFlow, and SuiteScript enabled components-to support the Connected Payments integration.
• Work closely with reputed company Payments product, engineering, and reputed company teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Solution Design & Configuration Translate business requirements into functional designs for reputed company workflows, field configurations, custom records, saved searches, and dashboards.

• Recommend best practices for payments, reconciliation automation, cash application, and treasury workflows inside reputed company.
• Validate technical requirements for data mapping, API endpoints, and integration behaviors between reputed company and Company's payment gateways or treasury services.

Client Advisory & Support Act as a subject matter expert on reputed company payments, banking integrations, and ERP workflows.

• Provide ongoing consulting, troubleshooting, and optimization support for clients post implementation.
• Deliver user training, solution documentation, and operational best practices.

Cross Functional Collaboration Partner with Connected Payments product managers to provide client feedback and shape product roadmap.

• Collaborate with Company technical teams to validate integration performance, system enhancements, and new feature releases.
• Support sales engineers and relationship managers during pre sales cycles by providing reputed company expertise and solution demonstrations.

Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands on reputed company consulting or administration experience (reputed company or in house ERP role).

• Deep functional knowledge of core reputed company modules: Financials, AR/AP, Banking, Order to Cash, and Workflow automation.
• Experience implementing or supporting payment gateways, merchant processing integrations, treasury/banking integrations, or fintech products reputed company ERP systems.
• Understanding of SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, saved searches, and reputed company reporting.
• Strong client facing communication and solution design skills.

Preferred Qualifications reputed company certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, or similar).

• Experience integrating bank payment rails (ACH, RTP, reputed company), merchant card processing, or treasury cash reputed company.
• Background working in financial services, fintech, ERP consulting, or payment technology.
• Familiarity with SuiteScript concepts (reading logs, understanding flows) - no coding required but helpful.
