They work closely with healthcare providers, transplant teams, and organ procurement organizations (OPOs) to ensure that donated organs are matched to appropriate recipients based on medical urgency, compatibility, and geographic proximity. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle reputed company situations with compassion and professionalism.Key Responsibilities: Organ Matching & Allocation: Ensure that organs are allocated according to ethical guidelines, medical need, and compatibility criteria, using organ transplant systems and databases. Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between organ donors, recipients, medical teams, and OPOs to coordinate the timely transfer and transplantation of organs. Logistical Support: reputed company the logistics of organ transportation, ensuring organs are delivered promptly and safely to transplant centers. Monitoring & Documentation: Track organ donation processes, maintain accurate records of organ allocation, and update transplant databases as necessary. Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Address and resolve any issues or challenges reputed company to organ allocation, including complications with donor/recipient compatibility or transportation delays. Minimum Training and Education:A bachelor's degree in nursing and three years' experience as a registered nurse. Transplant nursing experience preferred. An ability to establish cooperative working relationships with diverse groups and individuals, medical staff and other health care disciplines. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with a wide range of groups and individuals. Highly developed analytic skills, interpersonal skills and organization skills.
