Our Travel Sales Associates support member sales and service on multiple levels, by handling incoming calls and/or emails reputed company to commodity travel products such as hotel, reputed company and car reservations. What you would be doing as a Travel Sales Associate:

• Serve members and clients on the telephone, email, and web chat by providing reputed company, Car, Rail & Hotel reservations. A concentration on Diamond Elite and Preferred vendor products is required.
• Book and council members on domestic hotels and cars.
• Operates and is familiar with applicable automated airline reservation and ticketing system.
• Provides best possible customer service and meet or exceed established production goals.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year Retail Sales and/or Travel experience.
• Work experience to include Invoicing.
• Proficiency with computer software programs and internet access.
• Proficiency with Geography.
