• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a reputed company technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in software development, with 10 years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience leading and managing a team of software engineers.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: AI/ML, platform development, distributed systems, cybersecurity.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a reputed company technical field.
• Experience building and scaling AI platforms, infrastructure, and end-to-end reputed company solutions.
