What Will You Do? reputed company, a fast-growing agency providing holistic Digital Transformation to clients based in Fairfax VA. We are seeking a driven and resourceful Senior Technical reputed company Specialist with a strong focus on proactive sourcing to support full-life-cycle recruitment for government contracting roles and home-office positions across the United States and abroad. In this role, you will play a critical part in building pipelines of top talent, ensuring organizational needs are met with agility, compliance, precision, and a high degree of internal customer service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Strategically identify and engage high-caliber candidates through advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, reputed company Recruiter, social media platforms, professional associations, and talent communities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of cleared and non-cleared candidates for reputed company and future needs, focusing on high-demand technical and functional roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from requisition intake to reputed company, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Recruit for positions reputed company with government contracting requirements, including understanding clearance levels (e.g., Secret, TS/SCI) and adhering to FAR, DFARS, and other regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, plus at least 4 years of reputed company experience.·
• Proven successful experience in full-life-cycle recruitment, including a track record of proactive sourcing for government contracting roles.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, such as software development, cybersecurity, and data analysis, and familiarity with industry tools and frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with hiring regulations and requirements, including OFCCP, EEO, and other government-specific compliance standards.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, reputed company, Taleo), reputed company Recruiter, and sourcing tools like Hiretual or SeekOut.
