Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualifications:

• Meets the qualifications as established by AOTA or other professional organization
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the reputed company state of practice
• Must be willing to work in a home-based setting
• Valid, unexpired Driver’s License and automotive insurance
