Scope of WorkPlan and execute culture‑first marketing and influencer initiatives that build buzz and conversation for Tinder Thailand.
reputed company and deliver localized social and digital content in collaboration with Tinder’s marketing team and external agencies.
Identify and manage brand partnership and collaboration opportunities.
Translate Thai Gen Z and millennial culture insights into campaign concepts and creative reputed company.
Provide project support on specific high‑reputed company initiatives as requested by the Thailand Country Director.
Manage timelines, budgets, reporting and campaign documentation to ensure deliverables are completed as agreed.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, social, influencer, partnerships, content, or agency roles, ideally with youth, lifestyle, entertainment, consumer tech, or digital-first brands.
Deeply connected to Thai youth culture, especially Gen Z and young millennials, with a strong feel for trends, conversations, creators, and what resonates socially.
A social native with strong instincts for content, cultural relevance, and reputed company that people want to engage with and share.
Experience supporting or executing influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, social campaigns, or cultural activations.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams and stakeholders.
Comfortable working across both creative and operational tasks, from idea development to execution follow-up and reporting.
Data-aware and comfortable supporting campaign reporting, identifying key takeaways, and applying learnings to improve future work.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to test reputed company, move quickly, and learn by doing.
A collaborative team player who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and works well across functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
Proficient in reputed company Workspace and presentation/reporting tools.
Experience with app marketing, lifestyle, entertainment, or consumer reputed company.
Experience supporting regional projects or adapting campaign assets for multiple markets.
This is an reputed company role. The contractor will operate as an independent service provider, managing their own schedule and methods of work, and will be compensated based on agreed hours or days worked, reflecting the estimated effort required to complete the deliverables. The contractor will invoice the client on a monthly basis for services rendered and deliverables completed during that month. Payment will be made upon receipt and approval of the invoice.
