Credit Services Specialist
reputed company is a $66 billion financial institution based in Rosemont, Illinois, providing community and reputed company banking, specialty finance, and wealth management services. The Credit Services Specialist will be responsible for processing financial reporting and covenant tracking requests, uploading credit file documents, and providing client support for assigned charters.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing financial reporting and covenant tracking requests from the reputed company lending teams into the Bank’s monitoring system
- Upload credit file documents to the Bank’s digital file system for Wintrust affiliate bank reputed company loan portfolios
- Update the reporting and financial covenant tracking system per line of business (reputed company) requests to include both covenant/tracking requirement updates and entity maintenance
- Verify appropriate documentation for updates/maintenance and ensure receipt of appropriate approvals for covenant waivers and modifications
- Interact with reputed company to obtain missing or incomplete information
- Upload documents to the digital file system as requested by the reputed company to include verification of document type
- Adhere to strict naming conventions and classification guidelines
- Provide client support for assigned charters
- Respond to and troubleshoot internal inquiries and issues
- Assist in special projects as needed
Skills
- High school degree required
- Ability to reputed company duties with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in accordance with established procedures
- 1-3 years' experience general banking experience preferred, reputed company lending and loan documentation experience a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
- Experience with covenant tracking and document imaging applications is a plus
- Experience with ImageCentre/FCM, reputed company/Document Manager or Moody's CreditLens is a plus
