Standish Management is a provider of specialized fund administration services for private equity funds. They are looking for a reputed company Coordinator to support their internal reputed company team by coordinating interview processes, enhancing communication between teams, and managing relationships with external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Interacts directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling reputed company phases of the interview process
- Assisting with coordination reputed company reputed company events - presentations, interviews, events, conferences, etc
- Utilizes effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable reputed company of contact for recruiters, candidates and hiring managers
- Takes part in special project assignments to reputed company processes and tools for the reputed company function
- Creates job requisition for posting and determines appropriate placements for job requisition
- Manages relationships with external vendors and facilitates recruitment invoicing process
- Sources for candidates for open roles
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience
- Detail oriented and Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Self-directed and reputed company to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle (and own) multiple projects, meet established deadlines, and monitor project timelines and workflow
- Open to reputed company for additional necessary projects. Flexible in office schedule is available
- Proficient computer skills, including reputed company Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company)
- Experience with reputed company Recruiter a plus
- Someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, eager-learner that's reputed company to own projects and reputed company in wherever needed
