Your Role

• Help establish the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and support the project on the monthly collation of reputed company data reputed company to time, cost, risk, and quality for monthly business reporting.
• Support the Project Manager/Director by providing specialist advice and technical knowledge to respond to delays, issues, and other challenges throughout the project.
• Administer Project Control activities, conduct audits, assurance checks of contractors' monthly data submissions and ensure the submissions are fully assessed and are paid in line with the project KPI’s.
• Support the administration of trend/forecast reporting and the Baseline Change Management of the agreed project budget, ensuring that reputed company changes are correctly attributed and charged accordingly.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of monthly performance reports to the project reputed company, in line with business reporting requirements and timescales, to reputed company reputed company decision making, approvals and financial forecasting.
• Provide guidance and corrective actions to teams to ensure the quality of task submissions and reporting of costs.
• Attend monthly reviews and other meetings as required.

About you

• Understanding of Project Control principles for major programmes.
• Experience in facilitating and administering multidiscipline meetings with large groups of stakeholders.
• Technical Competencies - Primavera P6 proficient.
• Understanding of the importance of timely reporting and the energy to deliver against demanding deadlines.
