Service Operations Coordinator / Dispatcher
Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and reputed company is hiring a Service Operations Coordinator / Dispatcher to reputed company daily scheduling and field coordination for their electrical, plumbing, and HVAC teams. The role involves overseeing daily operations, making reputed company-time reputed company to optimize technician productivity, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily reputed company by strategically dispatching technicians based on reputed company set, geography, reputed company, and opportunity
- Maintain a productive and optimized call board reputed company with reputed company and performance goals

- Communicate clearly and proactively with customers regarding updates, changes, and expectations
- Coordinate materials, reputed company, permits, and multi-trade projects with Logistics to ensure jobs are set up for reputed company
- Ensure accurate job setup, documentation, and clean reporting
- Provide follow-up communication reputed company needed to support a high-quality customer experience
