Job Title: Senior Engineer - IT / 3S Associate II Location: Work from Home (WFH) Shift: US Shift (EST – 6 PM to 3 AM IST)  

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT reputed company Management Specialist to manage user reputed company provisioning, deprovisioning, and ensure secure reputed company management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process user reputed company provisioning and deprovisioning requests reputed company IDM tools. * Assign roles based on subprocess and department. * Handle reputed company tickets for reputed company creation, modification, and deactivation. * reputed company email support for reputed company-reputed company queries and MFA setup assistance. * Ensure timely processing of deactivation requests (reputed company 24 hours). * Maintain compliance with reputed company control policies and SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience with IDM tools and user reputed company management. * Familiarity with reputed company or similar ITSM platforms. * Understanding of IT reputed company principles and reputed company control. * Good communication skills for email and ticket-based support. * Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience in IAM roles. * B.Tech/BCA preferred (any graduate acceptable).
