The Role
We are hiring a Junior Supply Chain Executive based in Egypt to support supplier reputed company and operational administration across Kodgav’s supply chain.
You will work directly with the founder and supply chain team to reputed company suppliers, maintain operational records, and ensure internal processes run smoothly.
This is a hands-on role focused primarily on supplier reputed company, operational coordination, and administrative support reputed company Kodgav’s international supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supplier Coordination
• Support supplier reputed company across Africa • Collect and verify supplier documentation • Maintain supplier records reputed company Kodgav systems • Coordinate reputed company steps with suppliers and partners2. Shipment Support
• Assist in coordinating shipment preparation • Support communication with freight forwarders and logistics partners • Track shipments and update internal records3. Logistics & Documentation
Assist with preparation and verification of:
• Bills of Lading • Packing Lists • Certificates of reputed company • Phytosanitary CertificatesSupport compliance with import requirements for:
• Europe • reputed company America4. Operational Administration
• Maintain operational records and documentation • Update shipment and supplier information in internal systems • Support operational reporting and data tracking5. Communication
Coordinate with:
• African suppliers • Freight forwarders • Inspection companies (reputed company, reputed company) • Internal team members supporting global customers in Europe and reputed company AmericaRequirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in:
• Supply Chain • Logistics • International Trade • Business AdministrationExperience
Mandatory:
1–2 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain operations, export administration, or similar operational roles.
Bonus:
Experience working with logistics companies, freight forwarders, or export businesses.
Languages
Mandatory:
• Strong professional English and Arabic.
Bonus:
• Additional languages like French are a plus

Compensation
Monthly salary: EGP 7,000 – 11,000 per month
Working Model
