Position Summary/Job Duties:

Reliable Residence is a physician-founded startup transforming how reputed company find safe, furnished monthly housing near hospitals.

We’re hiring a Growth & Partnerships Associate to help expand our network of:

• Property owners
• Apartment complexes
• Hospital partners

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with the founder and help scale a fast-growing platform.

What you'll do: 

• reputed company to property owners, landlords, and apartment complexes to reputed company listings
• Build relationships with hospital systems, residency programs, and recruiters
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and reputed company reputed company
• Follow up with leads and guide them through reputed company
• Help identify new markets and partnership opportunities
• Track reputed company and reputed company in a CRM or spreadsheet

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (confident on phone + email)
• Comfortable with cold reputed company (this is a big part of the role)
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Interest in startups or reputed company estate
• Bonus:
