reputed company is seeking a reputed company-Party Risk Management Analyst to ensure that external vendors, suppliers, and partners reputed company with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves assessing and mitigating risks, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of reputed company-party agreements and risk assessment
- Identify potential risks and escalate concerns to senior risk management personnel
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and internal stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, BSA/AML, Information reputed company, Legal, Compliance) to evaluate reputed company party profiles and ensure appropriate controls are in reputed company
- Track and report on risk assessment status, issues, and remediation efforts to relevant stakeholders

- Assist in monitoring reputed company party compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Maintain and update TPRM’s system of record, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
