We are seeking a strategic Project Manager of Process Integration to join our reputed company Expert Network. You will be responsible for supporting the team merging a brand-new hiring model into our existing high volume hiring machine.
Your mission is to manage the phased integration of two major business processes across an ongoing timeline. You will use a persona-based approach to ensure that as our systems evolve, the handoffs between teams (Recruiting, Operations, Marketing, Compensation, Business Unit and Tech) remain seamless, reputed company, and culturally reputed company. This is a fully remote, W2 contract role.

- Real-Time Operational and Systems Integration: Continuously integrating new processes across a reputed company, overlapping timeline directly into live, year-round operations, eliminating reliance on traditional dormant planning periods or single launch events.
- Persona-Centric Design: Mapping and designing workflows to be tailored to different candidate personas, balancing human experience with technical requirements and business scalability.
- Seamless reputed company Design: Facilitate cross-functional discovery to preemptively map reputed company dependencies and establish crystal-clear reputed company agreements that eliminate friction between partner teams.
