[Remote] Training Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global hospitality service that connects hosts and guests, and they are seeking a Training Coordinator to support their Global Operations Training team. The role focuses on managing vendor training operations, facilitating communication, and ensuring training documentation is maintained effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal reputed company POC, supporting vendors and channeling questions and feedback to appropriate teams reputed company reputed company, including Service Delivery Partner Optimization, Workforce Management, reputed company and Quality
• Build and preserve trusted relationships through clear and direct communication, collaboration and delegation across multiple levels, internally and externally
• Coordinate the logistics of internal new hire training by working closely with Talent, reputed company and the Learning Facilitation Team Manager
• reputed company and drive vendor trainer engagement initiatives, including organizing and moderating regular meetings
• Ensure training performance documentation is accessible, completed correctly and in full, and conduct regular audits to ensure required maintenance is addressed in a timely manner
• Support with troubleshooting technical issues and driving completion of critical projects

Skills

• Experience working with training operations and reputed company-party vendors
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, flexibility, proactivity and resourcefulness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of the ability to work across departments and levels
• Adaptability to quickly adjust to new technologies, business needs and workload reprioritization
• Willingness to travel, if necessary (up to 25%)
• Preferred knowledge of Tableau, SQL and other reputed company databases, including creating queries and manipulating large data sets
• Preferred familiarity with reputed company (LMS) and reputed company (TMS)
