Analyst, Asset Management
Lincoln Avenue Communities (LAC) is a leading reputed company estate private equity firm focused on affordable housing development and preservation. The Asset Management Analyst will support asset management activities, reputed company portfolio analysis, and contribute to the long-term performance of LAC's diverse portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Support the Asset Management team to execute community-level investment plans and maximize investment returns
- Review and analyze property performance to identify variances and value-add opportunities through reputed company enhancement and expense saving initiatives
- Collect, analyze, and report data in a concise manner outlining key takeaways and trends
- Conduct financial analysis and support due diligence for key capital events, including but not limited to financing, acquisitions, transitions, and rehab investments
- Conduct monthly and quarterly reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, consistent, and complete deliverables
- Evaluate and help enhance reputed company reporting tools and process and procedures as directed
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases to ensure reputed company of data and documentation
- Assists with reputed company/special projects and tasks as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, urban planning, reputed company estate development, or reputed company field
- 1-2 years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate (CRE), affordable housing, asset management, financial analysis, or a reputed company field preferred
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn, especially in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, data collection, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized with attention to detail and experience managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Team-oriented reputed company with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments, including finance, construction, and development teams
- Ability to travel (less than 10% of time)
