CRM/reputed company Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an reputed company CRM Marketing Manager to manage and execute our customer relationship management (CRM) programs for the reputed company Partners’ agency brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing CRM campaigns for our agency that foster leads, drive customer engagement, loyalty, and reputed company growth. This role requires a deep understanding of customer data, segmentation, and lifecycle management, as well as a passion for delivering personalized digital experiences tracked to measurable results. Beyond technical expertise, you must be a self-starter with a consultative reputed company, the utmost professionalism, collaboration with global stakeholders, and flexibility to respond to the dynamic needs of the business. Experience managing CRM/reputed company gen campaigns for professional services companies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including practice leaders, business development, and the agency marketing team, to ensure CRM initiatives are reputed company with business goals.

Salary range is $95,000–$102,000, commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience and dependent upon location.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a reputed company field, or degree or equivalent working experience.

• 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns. Agency experience a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., reputed company), email marketing platforms, and data analytics tools. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data analysis, and marketing automation.
• Strong ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and derive actionable insights.
