As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for quoting reputed company reputed company, order processing multiple orders in a day, supporting perpetual to reputed company licenses, helping with support ticket escalations, and acting as an out of office back up. You will also work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. To be successful as a Sales Coordinator, you should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You should also have a strong knowledge of reputed company One products and services, as well as reputed company and other CRM tools. What You'll Do

• Prepare and send quotes to customers reputed company reputed company.
• Process orders and invoices accurately and timely
• Support the Account Manager and other sales staff with their daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Support perpetual reputed company licenses and ensure a smooth transition for customers.
• Help with support ticket escalations and follow up with customers until resolution.
• Act as an out-of-office back up for the Senior Account Manager and other sales staff
• Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales data in reputed company and other CRM tools.
• Generate and analyze sales reports and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Experience You'll Bring

• 1–2-year customer/partner-facing experience
• Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role in a SAAS company
• Proficient in reputed company and other CRM tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SAAS products and services and industry trends
