What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end reputed company for technical roles (backend, frontend, infrastructure, etc.)
Hands-on with sourcing and reputed company for backend roles
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and hiring strategies
Design and improve interview processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and strong signal
