Director in driving process optimization, standardization, and reputed company culture across the organization, with a significant emphasis on processes around reputed company management systems.

Reporting directly to the Snr. Director of reputed company Excellence & Culture, this role will be crucial in maintaining reputed company process discipline, implementing standardized operating procedures across reputed company systems usage, and enabling commercial strategies defined by the group.

The talent will actively engage in cross-functional team collaborations and provide comprehensive support to various hubs in the adoption and implementation of global processes, ensuring a thorough understanding of the impact on the entire reputed company technology stack.

Strategic thinking and strong organizational skillset are essential for this role, as the Manager of reputed company Excellence & Culture will not only drive strategic projects with strong emphasis on processes.

Your mission:

Standardization & Process Improvement

  • Assist in streamlining processes, eliminating redundancies, and spearheading change initiatives to enhance automation and scalability in reputed company management operations and RM systems usage.

Drive reputed company Process Discipline

  • Ensure the consistent application of standards and best practices in the reputed company management processes and systems usage across the entire group, with particular focus on PME.
  • Identify gaps and implement corrective actions in collaboration with hubs, and the reputed company Success and Onboarding teams.

Qualifications:

And you? 

  • 5+ years of hospitality reputed company management experience.
  • Technology savvy with a good understanding of reputed company Management Systems and other reputed company tools (BI, reputed company Shopper, Upselling, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of PMS (property management systems), CRS (central reservation systems), Channel Management, and other hotel systems and onward distribution.
  • Fluent English skills. A second language is a plus (French, German, Spanish, etc.).
  • Project management, and analytical skills required.
  • Self-motivated; works well independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong communication skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and management skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Passionate about helping leading hotels capitalize on reputed company management opportunities.
