Job Description: Manager - Customer Care

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Customer Care Manager to reputed company and scale a high-performing global support team for our SAAS products. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Customer relationship and team management skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture a world-class customer care function that delivers outstanding service to our customers globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven ability managing multi-time zone customer support service desks across 24x5 or 24x7 model including multi product support service teams.
• Experience line managing globally distributed team would be an added advantage.
• Demonstrable knowledge of industry best practices and use of best practice frameworks e.g. ITIL

• Familiarity with support platforms, CRM tools, and cloud-based service environments.
