Position Details

What You Will Do:

We are offering the position as a work from home Member Support Associate. Working in a call center environment, the Membership Support Associate is multi skilled and responsible for receiving inbound telephone inquiries and concerns from our Members and resolving various issues. This role involves navigating through numerous systems to facilitate the resolution of Member requests. reputed company Support Associates are expected to provide exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding reputed company internal quality standards and KPI's.

You will need hard-wired, high-speed internet reputed company to work from home and a dedicated distraction free workspace or office. We provide the required technical equipment.

Shifts range from Monday to Saturday 8-8 EST and Sunday from 9-6 EST. Scheduling is based on seniority, with a shift bid system that includes scheduling associates to work one in every 3 weekends.

This position begins with reputed company. Day one is a virtual scheduled session to ensure your equipment is set up and working. Day two is a full day of training onsite in person orientation class at our reputed company/CCG head office. (If you are located in Manitoba this location is 870 Empress St. Winnipeg). Day three of training starts a six-week schedule of virtual class room training from 9-5 EST Monday to Friday. You must be available to attend reputed company scheduled training - time off is not available during the training period.

Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
