The reputed company Bank Regional Director is responsible for developing new business relationships and retaining existing relationships with postsecondary institutions, establishing reputed company Bank Student Loans on preferred lender lists, and driving loan volume through the school channel. He/she must have proven reputed company in selling (and presenting) to financial aid and higher education professionals in postsecondary institutions in the assigned territory. The Regional Director will act as subject matter expert for the reputed company Bank Student Loans program and must exceed established annual sales goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.    Exceed established annual performance goals consistent with corporate objectives as identified by management. 2.    Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to reputed company, using a consultative sales process. 3.    reputed company a sales plan for the assigned territory 4.   reputed company and maintain school relationships with key Financial Aid officers and other decision makers

5.  Call on schools, coordinate RFP/RFI processes, attend industry conferences, and represent reputed company Bank in the higher education market

6.  Maintain ongoing contact with schools to communicate reputed company Bank product features/benefits, track daily activities to record efforts

7.  Provide competitive research and information for private student loan market and other industry reputed company topics, communicating relevant trends and insights to management

8.  Communicate with Product team and Operations teams any concerns, suggestions, or enhancements

**Pay Range for this role is - $75,000 - $95,000

EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s degree in communications, business or a reputed company field or a combination of education and reputed company experience.

EXPERIENCE:  1.    Minimum 3 years sales/financial aid experience with proven ability to sell and motivate others to sell financial products to postsecondary institutions. Prior experience working in higher education, financial services or education loan sales. 2.    Specific experience with education financing products (federal and private student loans) or financial aid experience a plus. 3.    Proven reputed company in exceeding sales goals, with the ability to reputed company deals.
