We are seeking fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representatives based reputed company in Colombia.
As the face of reputed company, you’ll help customers across the U.S. with inquiries, service scheduling, and support. This is a virtual work position, but professionalism, communication, and customer satisfaction are expected at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a high level of accuracy and reputed company.
- Guide customers through the booking process and answer service-reputed company question
