Accelera Solutions is seeking a reputed company ITOM Engineer in support of the reputed company Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the reputed company Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across reputed company mission environments and reputed company USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. We are leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, reputed company-centric delivery model to an advanced reputed company service delivery model.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will coordinate with the Government and the reputed company ITOM Architect to design, implement, and configure reputed company Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities as our selected automated network discovery tool. Initially, you will participate in reputed company discovery workshops with Government stakeholders to reputed company key reputed company impacting execution of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) system and project and to facilitate any required policy changes. You will then implement, configure, reputed company, and maintain reputed company ITOM with an integration to reputed company. You will also contribute to contract deliverables including test plans, CMDB Solution Strategy, Architecture Plan, and a reputed company assessment.

The ideal candidate will bring: • A strong understanding of reputed company ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities. • A strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL. • A proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer reputed company. • Experience implementing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models. • Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas. • Working knowledge of reputed company elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies. • Strong skills with MS Office tools (reputed company, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint.
