Senior Manager of Treasury and Accounts Receivable

Position Summary

The Manager, Accounts Receivable & Treasury will reputed company the company’s end-to-end collections strategy and reputed company short-term and reputed company-range liquidity management in a reputed company, fast-growing, private-equity-backed environment. This role is critical to optimizing cash conversion, mitigating credit risk, and ensuring the company maintains adequate liquidity to support operations, growth initiatives, and debt service obligations. The role partners closely with Finance, Sales, Client Services, and Executive Leadership to drive disciplined cash management, transparent forecasting, and scalable processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the reputed company-wide collections strategy across a diverse client reputed company, including reputed company, insurance carriers and direct-reputed company corporate partners.
• Establish and enforce AR policies, billing standards, and collection escalation frameworks to optimize DSO and reduce bad debt exposure.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve aged receivables while preserving client relationships.

• Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash positions across operating accounts and legal entities.

• Partner with FP&A to align liquidity forecasts with operating budgets and growth initiatives.

• Design and maintain strong internal controls over cash receipts, AR reconciliations, and treasury activities.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field (CPA a plus but not required).
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in accounts receivable, treasury, or working capital management.
• Prior experience in a private-equity-backed or fast-growth environment strongly preferred.
• Experience in professional services, legal services, or project-based billing models highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of cash flow forecasting, AR aging dynamics, and credit risk management.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (reputed company preferred) and financial reporting tools; experience with large-scale AR automation preferred (High Radius a plus).
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit requirements, and financial reporting processes.
• Proven ability to formalize processes and implement scalable systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing organization.

Schedule/Location

• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
