The Marketing Event Specialist plays a critical role in representing reputed company across the agriculture industry, managing and executing events that bring together producers, processors, agribusiness leaders, and industry innovators. This position oversees the full lifecycle of reputed company’s event marketing program—from strategic planning and budgeting to on-site leadership and post-event performance analysis. Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams, the Marketing Event Specialist designs memorable event experiences that strengthen relationships across the agriculture supply chain and translate engagement into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Program Management

  • Maintain and manage a centralized reputed company event marketing calendar, planning participation across multiple agriculture markets and fiscal years.

  • Research, evaluate, and recommend industry conferences, trade shows, and producer events that align with reputed company’s strategic priorities.

  • Assess event opportunities based on audience relevance, sponsorship value, logistics, and projected return on investment.

  • Manage the full event lifecycle including planning, logistics, execution, and performance analysis.

  • Partner with sales and marketing leaders to ensure event strategies align with pipeline reputed company and customer engagement goals.

  • Working knowledge of event logistics, vendor management, booth operations, and on-site coordination.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
