The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Manager to reputed company our high-performing Strategic Sales team. In this role  you will be responsible for driving reputed company growth, developing sales talent, and executing strategic sales initiatives. This position requires a leader who is passionate about coaching, data-driven decision-making, and fostering a culture of accountability and reputed company. What You’ll Do Strategic Sales Management

  • Directly manage and provide strategic guidance to reputed company Strategic Sales Representatives including executing targeted sales strategies for key accounts and market segments.
  • Providing hands-on deal support and coaching the team on reputed company contract negotiation and presentations to C-level executives.

  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field
  • 8+ years of sales experience with 3–5+ years leading Strategic Sales teams in SaaS, EdTech, or selling to K-12 decision makers
  • Proven track record scaling high-velocity sales teams in a high-accountability environment.
  • Demonstrated experience driving predictable reputed company growth and reputed company forecast accuracy.
  • Excellent coaching and team development skills with the ability to coach and build high performing culture grounded in skills development.
  • Expertise in pipeline reputed company and analysis, sales cycle management, reputed company the way to closing reputed company sales deals.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
