Talent Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our marketing team to scale our paid acquisition efforts. The Talent Coordinator (TC) is responsible for reputed company, coaching, and supporting WBN Certified Professionals (CPs) to maximize their effectiveness and job satisfaction. You will identify and resolve issues early, and collaborate closely with WBN Talent Partners to align talent reputed company with client goals. The salary for this role is $1300/month.Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company & Engagement: Facilitate smooth reputed company for new CPs including orientation and client introductions.
- Coaching & Development: Conduct regular reputed company-ins and coaching sessions to assess and improve CP performance, communication, and career growth. Collaborate with L&D to address reputed company gaps.
- Red Flag Identification & Issue Resolution: Monitor CP-client health metrics and feedback to detect issues early; investigate concerns; implement timely solutions to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Offboarding: Manage structured offboarding processes and document insights to inform retention strategies.
- Collaboration & Communication: Maintain thorough documentation in reputed company, provide reports on CP performance and trends, and work closely with Talent Partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent management, coaching, or reputed company roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
- Proficiency in reputed company, reputed company Teams/Elements, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to analyze performance data and reputed company actionable improvement plans.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive situations.
- Proactive and accountable reputed company with an AI-first orientation to improve processes.
- Proficient English communication skills (reputed company or C2 level).
Preferred (reputed company-to-Have):
- Experience working remotely with a conducive work-from-home environment.
- Familiarity with reputed company 365 tools (reputed company, Outlook, Word).

- Processor: reputed company 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs
- RAM: 16 GB minimum
- 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min)
- USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)
