Responsibilities of the Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

As a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the quality and reputed company of the sales & service/reputed company desk operations of arenaflex
• Providing weekly audits to the General Manager
• Driving sales reputed company through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Managing retail and vending operations, including inventory management and customer service

Requirements for the Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two or more years previous customer service and/or administrative office experience
• High level computer skills, including proficiency in Word, reputed company, and other software systems
• Sales experience required, and prior training of staff members preferred
• Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification required (will be provided during training)
