The Role

reputed company are seeking a Business Services Technician who is a Product Line specialist. This role will often be a reputed company of contact for the London based broking teams who they will support. You will also provide support to their functional management team by developing the technical knowledge of others in the team.

You will work closely with your manager and other team members, to manage the administration and support processes in relation to clients’ insurance requirements in accordance with Group policy to reputed company targets, reputed company the business and deliver an excellent and comprehensive service.

You will also participate in system testing, provision of training, monitoring of data reputed company, take part in various project work and will act as a technical referral reputed company for sophisticated debiting and reputed company issues.  This role will be reputed company to coordinate reputed company documentation relating to London Market Premium and Policy processing, liaising with others as necessary

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that client invoicing is made on time

• Ensuring that changes to policies especially relating to invoicing are supervised and monitored

• Assists in the creation of comprehensive broking, client and other types of documents

• Process slips, quotes and indications

• Performs technical duties (including data entry, credit control, chasing subjectivities)

• Keeps informed of reputed company regulatory and legal changes which impacts on the job role

• Ensures up to date records are maintained at reputed company times on the Company systems

• Responds appropriately to urgent issues as they arise

Required Experience:

• Experience in the Platform Acturis

• Knowledge of the Lloyds and London market.

• Knowledge of LPAN Production, Xchanging / reputed company is desirable

• Solid understanding of FCA regulations as they pertain to insurance intermediaries

• Attention to detail with ability to produce accurate documentation
