BDR Enablement Manager, reputed company

The Opportunity

This role supports reputed company’s growth across JAPAC by developing and enabling the reputed company of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). The focus is on designing and delivering high-impact reputed company and enablement programs that help early-career sellers reputed company quickly, reputed company consistently, and contribute meaningful pipeline to the business.

Working closely with regional BDR leaders and cross-functional partners, you will help shape a scalable enablement reputed company that balances global consistency with regional needs. What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve a structured reputed company program for BDRs across the region.

Sales Skills Development & Coaching

Tools, Process & Program Optimization

• Drive enablement and adoption of BDR prospecting and sales tools, ensuring alignment with processes and best practices.

• Use data and insights to optimize workflows, improve tool usage, and enhance program effectiveness.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey reputed company and training to diverse audiences.

• Experience in sales training, coaching, or enablement reputed company a fast-paced sales environment (2+ years preferred).
